Internal blooding
My acl ligament has broken of grade 1 and there is internal blooding in my left knee, so what to do???

Grade 1 injuries to ACL can be treated conservatively. At least a trial should be given.

Let swelling settle down. Get full range of movement and then consultant. By the time knee is painful use long knee brace

Independent of the grade of injury to the anterior cruciate ligament, an ACL deficient knee is diagnosed clinically. The treatment plan will vary accordingly.
