My acl ligament has broken of grade 1 and there is internal blooding in my left knee, so what to do???

Grade 1 injuries to ACL can be treated conservatively.
At least a trial should be given.

Independent of the grade of injury to the anterior cruciate ligament, an ACL deficient knee is diagnosed clinically. The treatment plan will vary accordingly.
