Internal lump
I have a internal lump near my c secation which sometimes I get bad stomach cramps. It's only small but it's oval shape . My son is only 28 weels old but I have only had 1 period since that lasted 2 1/2 days. It also hurts when I have sex and I swell up but that started before I had my youngest
