Internal piles
I'm 18 and I think I've had internal piles for about 2 or 3 months i don't remember clearly. Since this is quite sensitive, I don't let anyone know about it, and I'm very nervous. As I know, it is now on the level II, and I found blood in the toilet bowl every time I go to the toilet, quite a lot, my anus also pains and feels uncomfortable. Can you give me some advices? How can I treat it at home safely and privately?

Please visit a general surgeon who can examine you and confirm this. Internal piles cannot be confirmed without a clinical examination. If it is resulting in significant bleeding and pain you need treatment by a qualified surgeon at the earliest.
