Intertigo or Atopic dermatitis problem.

Hi, I am having rash skins with itching and fluid filled between thighs s and genital. Fluid have odd smell. Same is happening at underarms. But it's somewhat getting lot better. 2 month back same smelled fluid was coming from navel area, got cured in a week automatically. The name i found for the symptoms are mentioned in the title but internet is not reliable. I am a fulltime freelance developer, sometimes my work make me travel around NCR for the whole day and sometimes I stay at home for weeks either working or looking for projects. I believe issue might be hygiene related or lack of air due to waring geans but can't trust internet for everything. So far I did the following things - Cleaning the infected area with cold water Applied petroleum gelly/coconut oil to avoid friction. Cleaning the fluid in every couple of hours. But want to get it cured properly and professionally.
