Dear sir
I am an overseas patient wants some advice for my problems with my guts. First of all I feel sorry that i don't know english well but i try to explain my problem. Well, I drop watery shit adn i go to toilet 4 - 5 times a day, my mouth becomes dry , there is a pain on my stomach - on the right side i have taken a medical treatment 3 times but i am not noticing any changes. The doctors in my country that my disease is called, i don't know how it is called in science but it is something like "effective gut". Additional information : i am 34 years old , female, from Uzbekistan.

Hello there.
I can understand your concern.
I'm sorry to say this, but we cannot even prescribe you anything.
We are not aware of the prescription laws there.
My advise would be to get yourself checked out by a gastroenterologist in person for further evaluation and management.
