Hi Doc, l have been diagonased intraductal pappiloma in my left breast largest of which is 1.5 CM. Birads 3 category. I have been on active surveillance since last 1.5 years and no significant change is seen. No medications suggested. If l go for surgery will there be any noticeable shape change? I am unmarried and kinda worried about my appearance post surgery. Please answer.

Please attach your previous and latest sonomammography report
Usually surgery is not required if no doubt about cancer or asymptomatic.
If surgery is required then it will be minor surgery and there wont be any change in breast appearance with hardly any scar visible.
