Introvert and constant sadness
I'm a shy person and can't talk with people whether alone or in public speaking .Recently I feel like i'm depressed .Daily feeling sadness and confusion and mood swings. even though i'm laughing I dont feel pleasure from my heart.Not able to concentrate on anything.Eating over or having less food.I'm feeling like no light in my life.

Hello,          It's good that you are talking about your problems..Now as per early part of your description you seem to be an anxious person in social situations (social anxiety disorder?more details required)...See comorbidity of anxiety and depression is quite common and in your case depression is the predominant diagnosis...I would advise you to consult a Psychiatrist/Psychologist for detailed evaluation to reach the right diagnosis and to further manage it..Feel free to discuss any further queries..
