Inverted t wave
My father is 61. Recently he had ecg test which shows inverted t wave. He is a smoker. So what could be reason for inverted t wave ? And what should we do.

There r multiple reasons for it . Please do a Echo , doppler . TMT may or not be possible depending on ECG CHANGES.

Isolated T wave inversion could be a normal variant . However considering his age and smoking further evaluation would be appropriate
