Iron and Calcium tab during pregnancy
My wife is having 29 weeks of pregnancy. My gynaecologist has prescribed iron and calcium tablet without brand and without composition. Medical store has given SPEEDRAL for Iron and ACUCAL for Calcium. Is it ok? As earlier prescribed calcium tab (Unical Fem) has calcium equivalent as 500 mg and ACUCAL tab has 200 mg calcium equivalent. Similarly, earlier prescribed Iron Tab has Iron equivalent as 100 mg whereas SPEEDRAL tab has 30 mg. Please suggest Thank you.
