  4. Iron Theraphy. Back my original color?

Recently I have undergone iron infusion 1000 mg. After 2 days my skin tone became darker. And moreover I am not understanding any changes internally. So is this normal? How can I get back my original color?

After iron infusion it's common side effect.. It will get better in few day
