Irregular gestational sac
I m diagnosed with irregular intrauterine gestational sac at 5 weeks pregnancy Moreover my HCG level increased from 718 to 1200 in 48 hrs . I am also having mild darkish brown spotting from last 3 days.. What to be done in such case?

Take tab Duphaston 10mg BD..and have a repeat scan done after 2 weeks..

Cap Susten 200 mg twice a day for 2 weeks Injection Proluton 500 twice a week for two weeks Injection HCG 10000 IU twice a week for two weeks

Please rule out ectopic pregnancy as doubling of hcg is not good and the sac appears irregular

Take hcg injection every week and progesterone supplements for 2 weeks and complete rest..repeat scan after 2 weeks

Don't worry...darkish brown spotting may be implantation bleeding..take proper rest,  Continue PROGESTERONE support, no intercourse.
Next Steps
repeat scan after 1 week for sac condition and cardiac activity..
