Irregular mensuration cycle
I am facing problem of irregularities in monthly cycle. Previously I had a full body checkup in which I found the level of TSH(thyroid stimulating hormone) was increased. The other problems which I face are
-excessive sweating
-greying of hair
-hyper tension
-weak eyesight
-tiredness

correct your routine ,food habit,start morning walk,splash your eyes with cold water,green salad,sprouts daal include in your diet .and be regular with thyroid medicine. if blood pressure is not increased, then it can control it with pranayama and diet ,morning walk etc for eye consult to opthalmologist,of consult on practo
