Ovarian volume is not the only parameter to diagnose PCOD. It also needs to be confirmed through clinical features, history and hormone assays. So don't worry if you have regular cycles and if you don't have acne and hursutism I.e excess hair over face. If you have these symptoms meet a Gynecologist who will do certain blood tests and will diagnose pcod
