Irregular motions
My 3 year old kid is having irregular and frequent motions since 4 days. 3-4 times a day. Mostly after each meal. Motions are soft and yellow in color. Some times he is doing it in pants as he is not able to stop. He is active and eating all right. He is taking ample water and urinates also 7-8 times a day.

Hello.... If it's watery it could be diarrhea ,tell him not to eat outdoor foods for few days... Don't give him spicy, non veg, oily food items... Give him rice salad, buttermilk,....if he is having gurgling sounds heard in stomach it could be indigestion... Consult pediatrician if nothing works....
