Irregular period and pain in breast
I am unmarried girl age 24+ I have beeen suffering from irregular period.My period occurs 4/5 months gaps.Nowadays I feel pain in my right breast nipple,some small granular substance also grow inside my nipple I can feel them by touching.can you please tell me what should I do ?

Contact to gynaecologist and get done examine mostly small granules are small fibroadenoma.Get done mammogram so picture will be clear.
