Irregular Period
Doc told me to do sonoghraphy and its showing that i am hving peripheral follicles, left ovary shows 1.5cm sized follicle and other some small thats why am facing prob of irregular period bt i had regesterone 5mg 5 days(12 to16th aug) and till date i hv nt got periods its 19th nw nd my gynac is out of india what shud i do?my last date ws on 20tjune

Hi you probably are suffering from pcos..
Dont worry..u ll get your periods in another week time maximum..
But you need to be on regular diet , exercise and medications for this..
Also you ll need a basic blood work up done like fasting insulin , ogtt , tsh and hba1c levels..
Consult direct for further management..and diet/ecercise advise.
