Irregular periods, bleeding for 15 days
Hi,
I was diagnosed as pcod since 2010.. And I used to take medicines for 3 years.. One final day in 2013 I stopped and taken herbal medicines, which helped me to get better my period. It was fine until 2016. I lost my sis in 2016 Dec.. My periods is become irregular and visited homeopathic doctor and taken medicines for 1 year.. In 2017 Jan, I visited another gynecology she asked me to take vitamins tablets along with medicines she advised me to take for 21 days as my periods is prolonging for more than 15 days.. Although I don't have heavy bleeding. I change 2 pads per day.
She asked me to stop after a month of treatment..
Now my periods is again irregular and bleeds for more than 15 days.
What should I do..
Please help me with exercises or yoga bad diet plan.
