Irregular periods
Hello, I am a mother of a 3 yr old daughter. I always have irregular periods even before wedding but I get them in less than 50-55 days. this time it's been around 78 days since I last got my period. My pregnancy test is negative. I know this is due to changes in my body.. But what I need to know is if this is something that should be treated? I am not planning to have my second child now. Thanks much.

Yes u r only 33..if u are missing ur periods for such a long time. You should know the reason..do a serum TSH , LH , FSH, prolactin and ultrasound pelvis as baseline... Then let me know the reports via a direct consult.. If u r not planning a baby..u cn even b on regular pills that ll regularize ur cycles as well as give added contraceptive benefit
