Irregular periods
Hi doctor,
My friend is married and having irregular periods from Jan. She got last periods on Apr 10 and till now haven't got periods. Pregnancy test is negative. Last time also she didn't get periods for almost 3 months and then took some medicine and after that got periods .Next month it was normal but again further months the same repeating. Can you let me know what may be the issue.Her FSH 78,LH 39 when she tested in Mar but this was tested on 26th day.

Hi. Please ask your friend to do a pelvic scan to see uterus and Adnexa . Also need to do hormones test .
