See PCOD is that kind of these we can see its trending means in every 5 women u can find a girl who has having these problem...and these is mostly due to our habitual problems...see these PCOD problems will not creat problems before marriage but after marriage if u plan for a baby then also the females faces problems during conceiving...i m not critisizing any pathy but we have seen the patients taking allopathy medicines from year to year and they get temporary relief...but when size of the cyst increase they advise u to have a surgery but i will advise u to have these Ayurveda medicines and see the results...not for now also for ur future...
Next Steps
1. Rasapachaka + patha both 3 n half tsp mix both and have half tsp twice a day...it will have good results if u make a kaada of it procedure is very easy take 1 cup of water and add 1 tsp in it and boil it upto half cup is remained and have that half cup... 2. Anant manjhistha fant 2 tsp twice a day.. 3. dhamasa + haritki + shunthi + chitraka + bilwamajja take 10 gm each and mix all and have half tsp three times a day with honey.. 4. Raktaja arsha tab 2 tab twice a day... 5. Gokshuradi guggula 2 tab twice a day.. 6. Bhuikoda + pusphadhanva mix botha and have half tsp twice a day... 7.Tab Gandharva haritki 2 tab at bedtime...
Health Tips
See in.the later stage weight increases, pimples, hairs on ur face and other parts of the body, mood swings, irregular periods all these are the symptoms of the PCOD so u have to start trearment as early as possible.. Avoid Chana, harbara, curd and fishes in ur diet... Avoid food which is made one day before... Avoid over drinking of water means drink water when u have thirst... avoid indigestion... Maine cause of these problems is strees if u take strees then it will going to increase so be relax....
