I am not having my periods since 2 months i didn't had sex and i am physically alright but missing my periods since 70 days.

If u r not sexually active and still missed periods..causes cn be from hormonal imbalance ,pcos , thyroid disorders , ovarian cysts etc. So do an ultrasound pelvis and then reconnect back.
