Irregular periods
I have irregular periods and sometimes it takes only 28 days and some other times it's 50+ days. I do yoga and jogging regularly. I have done almost all the possible scans and blood test and everything looks normal. I'm also trying to conceive now from almost a month but getting track of my periods has become difficult for me. I tried using ovulation kit but did not get any positive signs this month. I consulted a doctor and she suggested DUPHASTON and SYS FOL. And she suggested DUPHASTON after 15 days of getting my periods. Do I have to continue this till I conceive and how exactly does DUPHASTON work? Why is it takes after 15 days of my periods?

Duphaston is not needed Take folic acid before planning Keep relations 2-3 times a week All irregular periods patients May not need treatment for conceiving. Do a husband semen analysis If no success in 3-6 months ypu need ovulation induction and  follicular monitoring with a gynecologist.
