Irregular Periods
I have started taking medicine for hypothyroidism from last month. I had periods twice last month, once from 1st-4th March and from 29th-1st April. According to it my periods  should happen on the 26th. But it's late. Last month the first periods  was heavy and the second one was light. I have backaches more than abdominal pain. I have been having foamy urine as well for a few days. And I have also started exercising this month. Please help urgently as I am feeling helpless.

Let us go by conventional wisdom. You had your periods on 29 March. It lasted for 3 days. You should expect your periods on 29 April. If you don't get your periods by 02 May please do a urine pregnancy test. Consult with a Gynaecologist with the report.

The gap between two day one of your periods can be 21 to 37 So  the bleeding on first March and 29th of March was normal If you count from 26th of March 37 days you will have to wait till 3rd of May
