Irregular Periods
I'm 17 years old. I got my first period at 12 and ever since my periods have been really irregular. I've gone 3-4 months without them numerous times and other times I'll have 2 in one month. My sister has PCOS but I'm pretty sure I don't (no excess hair growth). I know that periods can be irregular in teenage years, but it has technically been more than 5 years now. How much longer do you think I need to wait for my periods to become regular, or should I go to the doctor again?

It may take more days or may remain like that. What you can do is take healthy diet, exercise and if overweight loose weight. If periods are excessive or cause low hemoglobin, you have to consult doctor.
