PCOS is a diagnosis made on hormonal blood tests, periods regular or irregular, ultrasound of ovaries giving us an idea about their volume and ovarian Stroma.
In PCOD there is a possibility where women get regular periods but they are not releasing an egg mid cycle ( anovulatory)
If your aim is pregnancy, you should get a proper orw conception counselling done and get evaluated in depth.

is due to Polycystic ovary syndrome and there is anovulation problem this can be combated by doing ovulation induction with follicular monitoring and timed intercourse
