Irregular periods
My periods are not regular because of polycystic ovaries syndrome.From last 1 year ,I am not taking any medicines and I got periods only twice last year.My age is 28 years.please suggest me what should I do .

U should ignore pcos..as if uncontrolled it has long term complications. Its also a disease thats controllable with diet , exercise and medications. U should do a fresh set of investigations then initiate a direct consult. I ll put u on medications and as well gv a detailed diet chart and exercise also
