Irregular periods+ovarian cyst

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I am having irregular periods from past 2 to 3 months i consulted doctor and scanning also done.after scanning got to know that i am having cyst in ovary now i am under treatment my question is after proper medication for cyst .can i plan for pregnancy because i am already 29years and we are planning for a baby .
