Irregular periods
Usually my cycle is of 35 to 36 days
But this this time my period came literally after complete 40 days
And flow my period flow is just for two days and in less amount
My menarche was at 14 yrs of age
Starting 4 years i has three to four days of period flow
But now it is reduced to just 2 days
Is there any sign of worry?

2 days-7 days flow is normal

If cycles are a delayed get thyroid test done tomorrow morning fasting levels
Get ultrasound pelvis done for uterus tubes and ovaries and endometrial thickness
Do a Complete blood count

Take a boiled egg daily

Take plenty of water and fruits juice
Avoid lifting weights and stress and sleep for 8 hours at bedtime with light off
