Irregular sleep pattern
I travel on 2 wheeler for 90 mins in day and also do gym exercise. This makes my body tired enough. However I do not get proper sleep of at least continues 6hrs. I wake up in middle of my sleep and I don't fall back to sleep for 2-3 hrs in night. I have tried changing my sleep schedule. What is my problem called and which specialist should I look for?

NATURAL REMEDIES FOR BETTER SLEEP. Make simple lifestyle changes like limiting screen time before bedtime. Follow a fixed routine. Eat at fixed times, preferably take lunch between 12 pm and 2 pm to boost your digestive fire. Avoid daytime napping. Practice Yoga or meditation. Inculcate a low-salt diet. Try taking a glass of celery juice with some honey every night before you sleep. Warm turmeric milk with a dash of honey will also help you sleep better. Lavender oil is also considered calming and encourages sleep. Taking a hot relaxing bath with a few drops of lavender oil before bedtime will ensure a good night's sleep. Night time head bathing Night Head massage. HOME REMEDIES Have a glass of whole milk (without the cream removed) with green cardamom powder before going to bed. Have 1 teaspoon of licorice root powder with a glass of milk on an empty stomach in the morning. Boil 3 grams of fresh mint leaves or 1.5 grams of dried powder of mint leaves in 1 cup of water for 15-20 minutes. Take lukewarm with 1 teaspoon of honey at bedtime. Add ½ tsp of cinnamon powder and 1 tsp of honey with 1 cup of warm milk. Drink before going to bed. Massage your feet with lukewarm mustard oil 2-3 times a day and before going to bed. Take 1 teaspoon each of brahmi and ashwagandha powder in 2 cups of water, boil and reduce it to one cup and drink it daily in the morning to reduce headache. Bodily U r getting tired&Doing Good exercises.But What abt Ur work?Is it stress related?Is there any frequent change of Work hrs?..in such case,though u go asleep easily..But disturbed means me ght be due to subconscious or conscious Stress/Anxiety. Practice Pranayama before going to Bed&after waking&even in b/w gaps of Sleep also..helps well. As u said u go to Gym,Concentrate on Diet also..which should be Rich proteinaceous rather than Carbohydrates&Make sure that Ur diet should contain all Nutrients Taking a Cup of warm Milk with( or witjout)a pinch of Turmeric 1/2 he after dinner..induces good sleep&Diet wise also it's good supplement. This is called Irregular Sleep Wake Disorder. There are many theories but no fixed cause of it. Sleep rhythm is disturbed. Some factors associated are stress, irregular work shifts, long travelling etc. But most cases are without apparent cause.  Excess tired if there may also cause it.
