Irregular uterine bleeding
Im having some irregular uterine bleeding since 4th of April took mprate for 15 days along with pause mf for 5days but the bleeding was continuous still i have some light have stopped taking mprate yesterday. I have got my copper iud in August last year and before that I was on intimacy plus 2 tab for 4 months for pcos. kindly suggest can i take intimacy plus 2 again to regularize my menses it was prescribed by my gynec. As i have continuous bleeding when should i start taking it. how would  i  know my period is started.  i know i need a pelvic usg but don't want to go to any hospital bcoz i have a two yr old at home don't want to risk as most of the hospital have covid patients.

Need more detail history of your obstetric ,past and menstrual history.do need an pelvic USG for ET but would like you to consult gynaecologist online or personal if possible

Usg abdomen + pelvis is must since you are having Cu iud. After that see a gynec. clinical exam is also must. only then treatment can be decided.

You need to go and do an ultrasound as this can be due to miss placed cu t also. If possible plz do it. Else consult online for some medication. Dnt take intimacy.
