Off late I have lot interest in everything, though I have a social circle and lot of friends family wise everything is OK I have been irritable, moody, having extreme mood swings, anger related issues and don't feel like doing anything, I m always tired, fatigued and sleepy

Hi These symptoms indicates that probably you are having Depression. So get your self evaluated by a psychiatrist to confirm it. Depending upon the severity, it can be managed with or without medicine. Thanks and regards

Maintain good sleep hygiene. keep your self busy. spend time with family members or friends. spend time in your hobbies. avoid any substance use. take healthy food. Go for regular brisk walk for 40 minutes atleast 5 days in a week. Do Meditation or yoga.

The symptoms you mentioned are symptoms of mood. It happens in emotionally unstable personality and bipolar depression, many times due to stressors and interpersonal issues also. But after a clear discussion we can go for a management plan. If you like to do some intervention plz read IPSRT. And do Yoga
