Irritable bowel syndrome
I feel like passing gas or defecating either soon after eating or some time after eating and a feeling of incomplete bowel evacuation and not able to put on weight, please help

Hi You should have a good life style. Eat on time. Try to follow the time 8-12-4-8 pm for eating. Don't eat junk food,nonveg,chanadal,besan, chole, rajma, poha, curd, pickle, fermented foods, corn, Consume buttermilk daily, Suggested to take hingavastak churna 1 tsf with buttermilk along with food 2 times. Let me know after 15 days. Suggested to get basti treatment
