Irritation feeling due to blockage in ea

I have been suffering from ear blockade and ringing in ear for one year. My ear blockade makes me feel very irritated. No hearing problem, but ringing in hear remove irritation of blockade ear. Please suggest me what should I do.

Blocking sensation in the ear lasting for a year associated with tinnitus needs to be evaluated in detail by detailed ear examination and audiological evaluation may also be necessary. Pure tone audiogram and tympanometry are helpful to identify cause for your tinnitus and ear blocking
