In therapy for 3months. No change.
18 month old baby.
Is it advisable for wife to continue in the hope of change. Are they treatable?

Borderline disorders per se have been shown to show improvements in some symptoms like impulsivity self harm and other related behavior. But your history is incomplete there could be other possibilities and differential in your case scenario
