I had suffered from GBS (Guillain-Barré syndrome) in 2013, which damaged the peripheral nervous system. I have completely recovered and am fit right now.
Is it safe to take Covid-19 vaccine? Are there any chances that I'll get GBS again as a side effect of the vaccine?

1) I have encountered patients with covid induced GBS, so there are chances of developing GBS post-vaccination.
2) however you need to have a bigger picture considering the current pandemic. You need to discuss Risk- benefit of vaccine with your neurologist.
