Is cycling good for strengthening
I have undergone acl reconstruction around 1 and half yr back. now i am ok but i am slightly limping how to avoid that limping

Thanks for query Limping could be due to weakness around your core glutes area or can be due to pain induced post fatigue kind.. I think your muscles are not conditioned enough to sustain or hold activities for a long and learn glutes and core activation exercises as well. Good luck

Is that limping because of pain or wrong walking pattern habit? If it's because of pain start doing advance exercises and if it's because of wrong gait pattern then you need to learn correct gait pattern.

Hi, first of all I will have to find out the reason why are you still limping, secondly were you undergoing Physiotherapy rehab for this entire span of rehab, thirdly is the current strength of your muscles ... until and unless these parameters are tested I cannot comment on it. Thank you
