Implantation bleeding may or may not happen and is not suggestive of pregnancy specifically...get a urine pregnancy test done on day30 from last menses.. connect with me on consult for further advice

It is not necessary for every woman to have implantation bleed and infact it usually  is very minimal... And most patients miss to notice it.. You can do a urine pregnancy test on day one of your missed periods provided you have extremely regular cycles...

Not necessary to have implantation bleeding , do a urine pregnancy test to clear doubts on pregnancy if you miss your periods by more than two to three days .
