Is it advisable to take sea code oil cap
Is it advisable to take sea code liver oil capsules ? If yes how many caps a day for an adult aging 29 years ? One should have it with meals or after meals ? are there any side effects ? I have heard about various benefits ? any brand which you want to recommend?

Yeah it's advisable to have sea cord liver oil capsule. We prefer one capsule a day after meals. There are many heath benefits such as better eye vision, skin glow, memory boost , better immunity etc etc Many brands are there but I think u can choose SEACODE or HEATHVIT Thankyou
