Is it implantation bleeding or periods?

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello Doctors, My period cycle is around 30-32 days but this month I'm bleeding 6 days before date but bleeding is very light (no need of wearing pads) and very very tiny tissue are also there with light red colour since yesterday so I'm confused whether it's period or implantation bleeding ? Thanks
