Is it normal or I have to see a doctor
Today I went for blood test after that few minutes later I saw round swollen area size of grape ...i asked the technician there he said it will go away in few minutes ...it reduced little but not completely and I feel pain moving my hands straight .

That is a hematoma probably as you didn't press the puncture after sampling.
It will go away.
