Is it ok to eat white rice eveyday?
Can we eat white rice(in lunch) everyday?(i am not suffering from diabetes) . If yes , thn what are the exceptions?

Rice is good, but more than white rice, brown rice has more nutrients, and little quantity will be adequate as compared to white rice. If you are look for a nutritious meal, then quantity of rice should be less compared to quantity of sabji you take. As sabji and other side dishes provide more nutrients.

U can eat,ur still of young age. U take plenty of vegetables,greengram sprouts,dals everyday. Drink enough water,buttermilk everyday. Intake ghee 3-4 tsf ,oil 5 tsf per day . Milk milkproducts are also good everyday. Walk yoga exercise everyday for one hour is good to practice as a workout forfitness.any sports swimming,playing games are equally good.

Yes u can .our eating habits depend on our birth place .from where we are ?there is no problem having steamed rice daily but have lots of vegetables with that, so that there will be no chance of constipation .

Yes you can take rice daily, it supplies with necessary energy fuel, if so you can take unpolished rice which would be a better option and healthy, yes you need to add other like lentils vegetables and fruits to make it a complete

By proper way cooking you can take rice regularly in diet along with mung dal tur dal like lentil. Dal with rice decreases glycemic index of rice. You can use other grains as a change wheat jwar bajara ragi etc
