depends. most of the times , bodies clear off itself. but once it becomes chronic , it stays and no medicine helps . you would need to keep a good diet.Vegetables – Incorporate as many vegetables as possible in diet. All salads are healthy and provide lot of fiber there by taking good care of your bowel movementsFruits – Again fruits are healthy. They provide all kinds of antioxidants that one needs to fight free radicals that form cancer. They also provide all trace elements. Be car.eful to eat in moderation if you have Diabetes.. Lentils and Legumes – They are also very healthy for body, providing rich source of multi vitamins as well as fiber. Dairy – Double toned milk, curd and homemade paneer are very healthy. Please avoid saturated fats like Ghee, processed cheese and full cream milk. Meats – Lean chicken and fish are healthy. Make them home, grill them. Avoid eating fried meats and mutton, pork etc. Dry Fruits – Please eat them in moderation. Especially healthy options are walnut, almond and Pista
