If the yellow colour appeared recently, its its difficult to say esp6sonce picture isnt clear. A clinical examination is required. demineralized areas thats decayed. Happens due to improper brushing . You may get them cleaned and filled. Of it's been there throughout, it maybe intrinsic stains and veneers can be given to cover them
