Is it red swelling behind tongue in pic?
I find even decent taste food as spicy. And the spicy foods or non veg food items goes unbearable at times.

Your throat is inflamed. If its been few days, itl be an infection. See an ent. Itl go away in a week. Meanwhile gargle with salt in lukewarm water. Sip warm water.
