Hi , I am suffering from janduice and it's up and downs sometimes .. what food I have to take and which vegitable and fruits I should not have .
Is it safe sex when janduice in blood 0.2 to 1.2 . Please suggest

GLUCOSE FOUR TSF FOUR TIMES A DAY.
BENGALI RASOGULLA WITH SUGAR SYRUP TWO TIMES AIN MONTH.
AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK GRESY FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE.
U CAN HAVE SEX IF U HAVE SO MUCH STRENGTH.OK.

Monocotyledons : Rice, Wheat, Finger Millet(if you are habitual to it)
Dicotyledons: Mung dal, Tuvar Dal, Masur dal, chana dal.. no sprouts or pulses or whole grains. All dals should be boiled/ cooked
.no raw usage.
Vegetables: Ridge gourd , ash gourd, snake gourd, radish, carrot, Bert root ...all cooked..no raw vegetables or no veg juices..
Leafy veg: Palak, amaranth, coriander leaves, meti tender leaves, cooked.. not raw..
salt: rock salt/ saindha namak
Lipids: No oil ...or less ..preferred oil is virgin or raw coconut oil.
Ghee is the better source as lipid to cook.
spices: ginger wet or dry, coriander, jira, mustard, red chillie tips...
Fruits : Pomegranate, fig, dry fig, dry grapes, dates, plums.
