Is it safe to take Tylenol before a run?
I'm having toothache due to my retainer. I'd like to take Tylenol. Can I take Tylenol and still go for my usual 5k run?

Acetaminophen or Paracetamol (brand name is Tylenol), is safe in recommended dose. It can be taken before exercise.
