Hello there we undertsand your feeling and your condition too. This happens with everyone when they feel something unusual is going on with them but then you see we need some evidence to out upon to soeak something and to confirm it. You need to jniw how exactly TB presents. Commonly it presents with chronic cough with sputum however there would swelling if the lymph nodes too. Swelling if the lymph nodes has many other reasons to know the exact reason you need to consult ine doctor as soons as possible. Thwnk yiu
