Yes this kind of messages are really a prank. Only government can give up search medications for free as they are extremely expensive. Unless and until government has advertisement in newspaper or television do not believe in such forwarded messages. Fake news is all over the social media and they are a trap to capture more money from the innocent people were already suffering from search devastating diseases.
Health Tips
do not fall for any of the messages but contact a proper doctor in a hospital and continue treatment.
