Is my girlfriend pregnant. Pills.

Hello doctor, I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend on 28 august as I'm not sure if i was able to pull out on time or not and her ovulation time also coincidence with this event. so I'm in doubt what if she has conceived. even though i have given her unwanted 72 just after havinbg intercourse i just want to be sure.I'm 24 but we both are not ready for any responsibility. so i have looked a lot on internet and it suggest that i should wait for 10-12 days and then take a blood test for pregnancy checkup. if the test comes positive  we want to go for abortion through pills. i want to know if Medical abortion is safe or not are there any complications . we want this to be over asap as we both are really worried. please help
