Is my supplements cause of dizziness
I am feeling dizziness like 2 3 times a day since yesterday my age is 17 full and 18 running i go to gym and have bought some supplements like Diax OD JusDee 2000 Becadexamine Celin 500 Evion 600 LubriJoint which has glucosamine Dr Reddy's Antioxid Seacod cod liver oil and tribulus i take every tablets/capsules from past 4-5 days after my workout and i take only 1 tablet each few days before i had L-carnitine which i took 1 tablet and now it done i took total 10 tablets of Carnitine

I don't think supplements will cause dizziness... And I think it's too many supplements at once ... how long have you been gyming ... on shoes advice have you taken the supplement... Check these with your physian... And it's time you listen to your body . Set achive able realistic goals ... remember Rome was not built in a day .
